Good central location. Friendly helpful staff.Euros 13 for breakfast, but plenty of choice.Plenty of eating alternatives close by.

Can be noisy outside, but to be expected, so close to centre and near busy main road.

I like the location and that the hotel is clean. My room was not very big, but the bathroom was very adequate. A breakfast buffet is offered (at extra price) but not required. I was able to find a less expensive breakfast close by for much less. Very adeqate for a short stay.

My (single) room was small, though not claustrophobic. I peeked and it looked like other (double) rooms on my floor were also kind of small.

The japanese room decoration was perfect, wonderful TV with nice channels, frigobar. The bathroom was really good. The cleaning service was perfect. Good to notice that BW cares about enviroment regarding the towels issue - somithing not so common in Europe. The lobby was also pleasant. The location is perfect. My request for a nice hotel when I booked it was promptly done. Congratulations!!

The proximity between smokers and non-smokers at the lobby is negative. The small evelators is also a negative point.

On the whole, quite good. But need to get password to access the Internet every morning and it is inconvenient. Attitude of hotel staff is fair only.

Some rooms are very shabby. Not all rooms are fully renovated. Some rooms not renovated yet, some renovated except the bathroom. Should make it clear during booking and the price should be different.

room was well equipped, but the smallest room I have ever stayed in, yet one of the most expensive of the trip. I suspect this room should be charged at a lower rate than other one bed rooms
