Friendly reception staff who spoke good English.

Our room window gave onto a small internal well so there was virtually no daylight in the room. The bed was very hard, I felt bruised in the morning.

Excellent service. Great breakfast.

Location was not 100% ideal. No metro nearby, so be prepared to walk or go by taxi. 15 minutes walk to La Rambla.

l didn't like the natural light of room ; was very poor but this is only for single rooms. They don't have any possibility to improve this, because of construction itself. Anyway, l was in room to fewer hours for having a real discomfort because of this.

The location--far enough away from the madness of the Ramblas, but close enough to the metro at Diagonal to get there quickly. Some nice restaurants in the area.The breakfast was exceptional!

The hotel staff was fantastic, kind and helpful. The room was very good (we were 5 people so they gave me two connected rooms which was realy greate), the breakfast was delicious.

The overall employees were very nice, especialy when checking in, but the resturant ataff had us wait for a long period till I went to the front desk and aksed them to get us a waiter as we were in a hurry and had been sitting there over 30 minutes already without anyone coming to table. The
