The Hotel building and interior The lift is inconvenience to use when carrying luggage. Also it does not stop on the level location and one has to carry the luggage in the stairway. Our stay was only for one night and I guess we were unlucky because works and hammering were carried out until late that night and gave us a hard time to go to sleep. I called reception and the hammering stopped after some minutes. |

Good location to use as a base for exploring Girona. Frendly staff and a good breakfast choice. Lack of bar facility in hotel, although rooms did have a mini bar. |

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - even though we spoke hardly any Spanish. The hotel was easy to find from Gerona airport and is very conveniently situated for the major road links to other parts of the region. We also liked the fact that the buffet breakfast was included in the room rate. There wasn't anything we didn't like, but we would like to make a couple of suggestions. Perhaps they could have some English breakfast tea available at breakfast. The restaurant had a marvellous selection of fish dishes available every evening, but there was no beef or chicken available among the hot meat dishes. |

Early check in 12 noon and outdoor swimming pool most welcome after a five hour car journey. Two gentlemen on reception day and overnight, most friendly and an asset to the hotel. Spacious air conditioned room. Main part of hotel full of character. While it was situated near busy road there was still a feeling of being in the country. Easy access to airport and Gerona. |

The pool and the restaurant. Nice pool and place - restaurant with excellent food and professional service. Too old aircon - it never came down to 20 degrees. Food and drinks from restaurant must be served quicker. Non smokers rooms must not smell of smoke. |

Good place to base yourself for day trips to Girona, Figueres, Besalu, Costa Brava beaches etc. Lovely landscaped grounds with play equipment for kids and outdoor pool. Free and adequate parking. Free internet access in lounge. Room was spacious by European standards, quiet and equipped with ac, refrigerator and balcony overlooking the pool. Easy access off main roads. Hotel restaurant was lovely with a delicious sounding menu, but too pricey for us. Many eating options conveniently located nearby, however. |
