This friendly, family-run establishment is situated on the shores of the Mar Menor in the charming town of Los Alcazares, an area blessed with a pleasant, year-round climate.

A great destination for families given its sandy beaches and shallow waters. Los Alcazares offers 7 km of sandy coast line with the town centre practically situated on the shores of the Mar Manor. The mineral rich waters of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon, are thought to have therapeutic properties and the town has thermal baths. A water sports centre (Infanta Cristina) is located close to the hotel. Convenient local amenities include bars, restaurants, and 2 shopping centres.

very convient for the nearby airport when arriving late as a stop over before moving on

unfortunatley there where four english drunks that came back very late and very rowdy and which spoilt the whole stop over

handy for what i wanted staff friendly there english was as bad has my spanish they need to do better ha ha. enjoyed the food good value.

telly crap, no bath. but that reflected in the price. enjoyed my stay

The evening meals were nouvelle cuisine and very good. Friendly and helpful staff, and easy access to airport and shops and free Shuttle to and from airport.

The breakfast could be better. More tea in the morning, a pot instead of small tea cup would be better for us Brits at least. And also a choice of cereal would have been nice. Overall though ok

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as I was travelling alone.

The television in the room could only pick up Spanish programmes. It would have been nice to have had at least one English channel.

This hotel does what it says on the tin ..... very good 2 star hotel, spotless and good food. Collected from airport with no problems at all. Would recommend this hotel and will use it again myself.

Included breakfast could be a little more than one slice of toast and jam !

Extremely helpful staff. Central location, close to bars, restaurants and beach. Free parking on the street across the road.

Staff spoke mostly Spanish (rightly so!) and so would recommend you brush up on simple phrases. Breakfast could be more substantial than choice of toast / croissant / doughnut.

A small hotel with limited facilities but more than compensated by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and value for money. Evening meal was as good as any quality restaurant i have eaten in anywhere in Europe for a fraction of the price.

Sometimes a little language problem due to only 1 member of staff fluent in English.

staff were very friendly. Rooms okay

no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. quite noisy at night. not much choice at breakfast, thought it might have been buffet or at least more than the one slice of toast and small cup of tea we got.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Good basic facilities and very clean. Useful set of toiletries provided. It's worth having a little Spanish to ease communication but you can get by without. The food was very good.

I choose the hotel for it's location and the shuttle service provided by the hotel. It's very close to the Airport and you do get some aircraft noise.

Friendly staff, facilities fairly clean. Lift available. Lunch/Dinner food was lovely.

Breakfast should be served until 10.30 however by 9.30 the kitchen was closed. Staff do not understand English. Bar menu only in Spanish.
